Peter Duflo is the Managing Partner of Strategic Ventures. Over the past 14 years Peter has led many executive search assignments for leading MSPs and their private equity investors. Earlier in his career, Peter led sales and operations at a global IT services company which was sold to a group of Private Equity investors led by Goldman Sachs, built an IT systems integration company which he sold to a public company, and also led an IT services M&A advisory firm.

DeLynn Mitchell is the Senior Director of Executive Search at Strategic Ventures and leads project execution for North American MSP leadership. DeLynn brings extensive global executive search and Human Resources experience to clients of Strategic Ventures. She has led many CXO and VP-level executive search assignments globally and has strong client management, talent optimization, and project execution experience.
